The Space Between Sessions
1 song /// 3 ways Lauren brought one song to the band and three songs came out. "Shadow and the Light" is the closest to the original, keeping the Americana tones. "Purgatory" was birthed out of a live performance while all the members had their electronic instruments and the high of playing on stage. "Judgement Day" came out of a creative rehearsal session where we each gave our voices on how far we could take the song. All of us are proud and surprised by how tone and production can change the focus of a story without changing any words.
This concept would not be possible without the brilliance and friendships of these creative minds:
Lauren Leigh: Voice
Will Stucky: Vocals / Gtr / Piano
Tony Econom: Drums
Harley Magsino: Bass
Ben Zinn: Pedal Steel / Mandolin / EGtr / Synth
Ariel Levine: Recording /Mixing / Production
Anthony Garcia-Muñoz: Video
Cole De La Isla: Direction
Barbara Smith: Graphic Design
Everyone: good hang
